3.2 Virtual Currency
MARS2049.online may provide various forms of virtual currency for in-platform use. These include, but are not limited to:

- MARS Coin
Such virtual currencies are provided solely for use within the Platform and hold no intrinsic monetary value. They do not constitute legal tender and cannot be exchanged for real-world cash or financial assets outside the Platform.
3.3 Complimentary and Purchased Virtual Currency
Complimentary Virtual Currency: Any free virtual currency provided by the Platform is offered solely for entertainment purposes and remains the property of MARS2049.online. We assume no liability for any loss, expiration, or inaccessibility of such complimentary currency.
Purchased Virtual Currency: Virtual currency acquired through purchase must be used within 180 days of the purchase date ("Usage Period"). Unused currency will expire automatically without compensation. In the event of a loss attributable solely to the Platform within the Usage Period, we may, at our discretion, provide replacement currency on a non-cash basis.
3.4 Redemption and Modification
Virtual currency, whether complimentary or purchased, is strictly for in-platform use. It cannot be redeemed, refunded, or converted into real-world currency. MARS2049.online reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the availability, distribution, or use of any virtual currency, rewards, or incentives without liability.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
5.1 Ownership
Unless otherwise indicated, all content on the Platform—including text, graphics, logos, images, and digital assets—is the property of MARS2049.online or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. 5.2 User Content
Any content you submit ("User Content") remains your property, but you grant MARS2049.online an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for the purposes of providing and improving the Services. 7. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

7.2 Mandatory Arbitration

Any claim must be brought within six (6) months of the event giving rise to the claim, after which the claim will be barred.
